After constant times it happening to me, I finally figured out why it was happening. There is nothing about it being IP Banned or any other Theory other people have. It is as simple as flicking a switch to fix.

It might sound stupid, pointless, unbelievable, but the simple solution to stopping it is by restarting your Router. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself. 9/10 times it has worked for me, & I constantly got the Crashing problem. If it doesn't work for you, don't be a whiner & -Rep & Groan this Post. Try it again in 10 minutes.

If someone can make a video of themselves doing this method, it will show people that this sin't some kind of Scam, or whatever anyone else wants to believe.
