no you'l need 2 pkg , one that install modified Multiman and one with BLUS30377 with patch in it

this is the goal of this ^^ you insert mw2 cd and run "BYPASS MW2" game , it start in Bypass with Elite pvt 2 and if you only run the Disc you'r in 1.13
