I've tried to make it as easy to use as possible, and in the case that your really stupid, I added tooltips to all the controls.(Hover your cursor over something, and it tells you what it is etc)
I need suggestions, what can be added, what's shit etc.

It's better than pcfreak generator xD
I like the style though man, maybe make it so that it won't generate the other menus to save some space
Also maybe put an x over the close option and have better button configuration for mod selection

Yeah, I didn't spend too much time on it, the whole base of the menu was from NicoBVBsomething
I'll do some more work on it tomorrow, add default/tactical layout choices.
Different button binds, etc.
