It seems EVERYONE is using BuC-ShoTz patch converter. Well seems that after converting two times it goes bad. I will not explain the techy details, it just does.

So ffManager now has a "Copy FastFile" feature. How is this a converter though? Well if you do the following steps you can convert PS3 to XBOX and back with no hassle. If you have a patch_mp.ff for PC or Wii, it goes the same too though I don't think you can get that on wii sadly (ISO modding).

Steps:

1. Get a ffManager account via above link.
   
2. Click on the ffManager menu item.
   
3. Click Upload FastFile.
   
4. Give it a name to go by for reference and possibly others to see if you allow/release.
   
5. Select the console and press upload.
   
6. If it uploaded successfully, then continue to the next step. Else try using buc's ffviewer or someones else's to read it and you will need to copy everything to a new file by uploading a fresh one from PKG/TU or using a template on ffManager.
   
7. Now go to ffManager Home or click the ffManager menu item link again.
   
8. Here you can upload a clean/original FF from PKG/TU or use a template. Here I will assume you are using a template. Select "Add FastFile from Template".
   
9. Choose a listing thats your game. It will show you the game/console. If you get issues with the console not showing, use a different browser as I had some myself and couldn't solve it.
   
10. Press add.
    
11. Go back to ffManager Home.
    
12. Click the "Copy FastFile" option on the fastfile you UPLOADED which is the one you want to CONVERT FROM.
    
13. Choose the fastfile listing you want to CONVERT/COPY TO. If you want to copy the file names like if you renamed stuff, check the additional checkbox.
    
14. Press copy and letter rip! Wait but thas not all. If you don't care to do changes you need to COMPRESS it. So in the listings or via the quick links bar, press "Compress FastFile".
    
15. Now it should give you a success message. Then press download on the listing, and its done.
    

After you have it, you can go back and edit, copy freely back/forth, and enable the fileshare and give to your friends .

Best part it will NEVER black-screen and NO DOWNLOAD except for your FastFile! Your welcome mac/linux users and people with Norton AV .

Now another use is this. Say you compress a FF and you have the RARE case that it DOES blackscreen. Simply repeat the above steps but choose use a FastFile/template on the SAME CONSOLE, and you save EST 15 min and 50 page loads .
