People are saying that it is gaz, now i find this hard to believe because he was shot from about a foot away in the head by Zakhaev. However the actor who's voice was used as gaz in Cod4:MW is in MW2 (according to imdb). This is one theory another possible one is that Soap sees flashbacks or nightmares of what happened to his old sqaud, throught the campaign.

It may also be Sgt. Griggs because he was shot but i did not see it from a good position to determin if he was shot in the head. He may have been grazzed and therefore wears the skull mask to cover up scars or wounds??

And finally the one that i hope most is true. Cpt. Mactavish,at the end of the game, we (Soap) are lifted into a heli and whisked off to hospital. But as we are in the air we see cpt. Mactavish trying to be resuscitated by a good russian guy, this may have been succsefull we dont know, but i sure hope so. And now Cpt. Mactavish is hell bound on gettin revenge on Zakhaev's associates "REVENGE IS LIKE A GHOST" a possible link????
