I'm putting these in all my infections to unlock for other players

And I'm wanting to know how or what code to use to make that title and emblem infect to each person that i give my infections. What code would i have to add, and in what order? I know its possible because I've seen a friend of mine get a prestige infection from his friend, and when he came back he had the spinning coin, and the Japanese flag title and emblem and said he didn't have the coin even unlocked. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
