youll need a ps jailbreak, if you have that i have a pkg file that will instal an official 1.11 patch
ask me if you want it

Overwrite your 1.11 patch_mp.ff onto the 1.13 patch_mp.ff.
Then delete the default_mp.self, by doing this you automatically bypass to 1.11 =D
