Heres my theory

1.Creat a .pkg file like the offical mw2 upate

2.put your custom update on the internet

3.make a proxy that replaces the link for the offical update with the link to your modded update

4.install your custom update

5.whenever you want to play with your patch use patch blocker

6.If you think this will work and if it does show me cause im a noob

if it was that easy it probably would have already been done.
also you wouldnt be able to sign the pkg. which still doesnt explain how you would install this sorry get a jb ps3.

i do see what you are saying but almost seems to easy would have been done already if possible
