i guess i should have said accuracy and tactics rapes "jugganoobs".
remember you don't have to have juggernaut on to be a noob. in fact if it bothers you that much then i see a logical conclusion, they keep kicking your ass.

sorry play hardcore mode. juggernaut is useless to me so I could really care less about it and stopping power as well people who just make excuses about this perk sucks/ overpowered etc. just really get under my skin. I don't like some perks but all of the ones people complain about can be effectively countered. As for the anti-juggernoob perk i really don't see his point on that specifically unless you just want them to burst into flames every time you have your anti perk equipped which I know is a huge exaggeration but it is what popped into my head
