For HACKED systems involving constant DATA TRANSFERRING:[/B]

Go the legit system, and delete everything involving MW2. If you have game saves and shit, get over it. :megusta:
Go to the hacked system, and do the same.

Redo your transfer. (Make sure you have the right patch, and all of that shit)
If you feel the need to, pull out the disc, and lick it. :y: Wipe with a 100% cotton towel, or something, and wipe in a up and down motion. Not in a circular motion.

Yeah. That's all. Delete your shit, and you'll be alright.
A guy had posted this in the exploits and hacks section, and of course it got placed in the answered sections when it clearly did not get answered. Also, to everyone saying it's the disc, or to do a full format, you're stupid.
Also, keep trying to load the game. If at first you don't succeed, KEEP TRYIN'! :y:
This might seem pointless to a lot of you guys, and you might thin this shouldn't be posted, but it should. There are a lot of people having this problem, and it sucks to not know wtf is goin' on. Just delete your game saves on both systems, and then try again.

I have also concluded the following:
If you put the disc in right after playing long sessions of MW3, or some other video game, it decreases your chance of any of this working. So keep in mind, make sure your PS3 is cooled off before attempting any of this if you have the 'kicking back out to the XMB problem.' :y:

found the problem at least mine torrent clients ctrl - alt + delete open task manager process tab right click on your torrent client and end process hope i helped.

i have the same problem but my problem is a little different, such as my Mw2 is downloaded from the psn store i opened up the file in multiman and deleted the default_mp.slf(357mb) and i put a patch on it cuz it has its own game save compared to disc game save on the ps3, so i data transfered it back and i would get on mw2 it would work, and then at times it kicks me out to the xmb,when i click on mutliplayer

Yeah if this doesn't work, there's no hope, actually. See, it's Activision servers causing this bullshit problems, and no matter how many times I harass them to fix the issue, it doesn't get solved. I haven't played my system in a few weeks now, and even today, when I tried after it sitting there for a couple of weeks, I got kicked out back to the XMB. Activision won't fix this, as they see the only game worth paying attention to is MW3. Just keep trying, and eventually it'll work. :y:

Hey i found a new solution. It works 100% of the time for me. The downfall is you need to turn your computer off everytime. Thats all you do. Turn your computer off and start up MW2 and you will get a 1 sec lag at the part it normally kicks you and you wont be kicked.

but when i try the game disc it works i just gotta get mine back, i just wanted to host CL's without a game disc :/.... Thanks tho
