sorry to tell you this bud but its a bit difficult to make your own. You can download one from someone good but your gonna have to be really willing to make your own. I can link some good patches if you need one.

same as the guy above said, making your own would take alot of time even if you knew how. best to grab a menu thats already made then add your own options to it.

I can work on patches but really only if they are for PC, i havent worked on PS3 or XBOX ones before.

PS3/XBOX/PC are mostly the same.

Just the pc has a few diffrent button's to press that's all.

and i make patch's from scratch. It is pretty difficult but i got used to it after a while.

Ya i noticed that the only real difference i could see was the controls. Everything else seems to work for both.
