You can bind stuff to APAD, So that when the game starts what ever u bind to it will start working, but just don't bind a lot of stuff to it, try to bind 3-5 things to each one. Example: bind APAD_LEFT set aim_autoaim_region_height 480;set aim_autoaim_region_width 640.
