(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay So I have been up for ages trying to do this with different patches but it is failing, I have converted them to xbox, edited them and then converted them back to PS3 and then converted that to 683 (my region) and uploaded it to my ps3 and data transfered.

When I then get on to mw2 mutliplayer it just all goes black. The size of the patch is smaller than the original patch, All I did was edit some say commands.
It has nothing to do with the update, any other unedited by me patch works fine.

Trust me mostly all patches are editable even Unbounds ;just they don't want people editing them, but you have the right to edit because i'm sure you don't wanna be spamming another guys name.

ok thats why u are getting the black screen, if it a ps3 patch u dont need to convert it, just use fastfile editor to edit it. AND MAKE SURE U SAVE IT EVERY TIME U EDIT SOMETHING, AND THEN GO BACK AND MAKE SURE IT SAVED!!!!

No you don't, trust me, if u convert a ps3 patch to xbox and then back to PS3 the file size will change and it will be small and u will get a black screen, now if its a xbox file u can edit it and then convert it to ps3.
