(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok when you use Aero's SP Patch and do the trophy unlocker it sometimes freezes your PS3 and the trophies do not unlock this is a simple way to fix this and is 100% tested by me (Has been done on 3 accounts).

First click the trophy unlock on the Menu and wait till you get the first trophy unlock (Then Loading bar should be 1/4 way) When this happens pause the game click quit game and when the box asks you are you sure just keep it there until your trophies stop unlocking....Once they stop unpause it and wait till a trophy unlocks again then repeat the pause and quit until all your trophies have unlocked...Remember not to quit the game just to have the little box telling you that you will lose save progress if you quit up.
