Did you run as administrator and run in compatibility mode for XP service pack 3? if that didn't work, try another download, thats what i did and it worked.

well i found a PS3 FAST FILE EDITOR XP.rar but when i open a patch i get an error lol even with my own patch i get an error can you maybe send me your or somthing i have windows 7

Ya no problem, You must login or register to view this content. you go, it says PS3 FastFile Editor XP, but it works for windows 7.
Make Sure you run in compatibility mode for "Windows XP service pack 3"
