Did you just even searched on Google ?
Soooo... Well, you'll need to bypass to find a Challenge Lobby, search for it, there is like 1 billion topic of it.
Then you'll need to find a REAL challenge lobby, because most of them are not free and / or deranking lobbyz.

Once you've found one, try to have Unlock all, then you can quit the game and launch it again without bypass, and there you go you have your Unlock all in 1.13. Hope it helps you.
