In The Main Menu It Will Say :

What will the 300th prestige look like? Seems a little bit fake but thats just me.

Bascically On the main menu where you have spec ops, campaign and multiplayer, the multi-player says 30100 complete when normally at 10th prestige its says 1100 complete

It's something useless, old and found ages ago. It's the same as 11th but on the start up screen the percentage changed. So useless and easy coding

The so called "11th prestige" icon is isn't anything special. It's also known as the "checkerboard" shader. It is what the game uses when it cannot find the image it is searching for; therefore resorting to the "checkerboard" shader.
