Found an article. Rob hates the guys at Treyarch and states that IW will not be taking any pages from them. He even called their senior producer a "Senior Super Douche"! lolololololol

Remember Treyarch banging on about how Modern Warfare's multiplayer was so good that it influenced World at War? Well, Infinity Ward won't be returning the favour.

"We're not taking any pages out of World at War's book," said Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling in an interview with GamerZines.

"We're crafting a special and unique experience for Modern Warfare 2 players that I don't want to spoil too much."

But will Infinity Ward outdo Treyarch's 65 rank cap? That's something Bowling isn't yet prepared to talk about.

"Definitive numbers like max level cap, complete weapon lists, and number of new perks is something I don't want to ruin and save for when the player ranks up and sees they're constantly receiving new rewards for it, whether that's a new weapon, perk, killstreak unlock, or item for their callsign."

The animosity between the two studios is no secret. Last year Bowling called out for the media to stop interviewing World at War's Senior Producer Noah Heller, asking them instead to talk to someone who "knows what the f**ck they're talking about", before calling him a "Senior Super Douche".

"You didn't work on previous Call of Dutys," Bowling said publicly to Heller, "so don't talk as if you're down with how / why things were designed the way they were. Second, you're completely f*****g wrong."

Ouch.

Modern Warfare 2 launches worldwide on November 10th on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. It'll probably be better than Call of Duty: World at War.

I wonder how many people will actually buy Treyarchs rehashing of MW2 when it comes out. I know I wont. Not tricking me into buying that crapfest again. Treyarch map design team is pathetic no matter how many of them they put out. Played WaW for maybe a month and sold it back. Saving my money this time. I'm kinda interested to see the #'s they pull now that people know what they're bringing to the table.

And treyarch releasing more map packs doesn't make them the better studio just greedier. WaW was released with 13 maps whereas Cod4 was released with 16. Add in the map packs for each one and you got WaW=21 maps @$90 and Cod4=20 maps @ $70. I will admit zombie mode is awesome tho

teryarch has no talent they used all MW programs to make the game thats why the game is alright without IW they game would of failed worse then it did...as everyone said zombies was the only thing people liked and without zombies 5 would of failed worse if thats even possible...and for the maps every map and mp other then the 3rd mp sucked this game was just an epic failure why cant activision understand we want IW i would wait every 2yrs for a game if they were all made by IW never will i buy treyarc crap agian
