Patches that have been made Open source are just that.
OPEN to everyone. If the makers of a patch really didn't want their name taken out then they should make a patch so people can't do so.

i have a problem... i got a hacked ps3 with 3.55 kmeaw cfw... so i want to make mw2 cl's... but the problem is i cant load the 1.13 patch because the drive is broken and i havent loaded any patch before... ;((( can i transfer the data from my 4.20 ps3 to my jailbroken? or goes the cfw, install package files or something when i do that?? sry for my english... normally i speak german
