I need a tutorial!

BuC-Shotz Patch Convert PS3 to PC?
How do i get it to .iwd and for it to work
Example:
To open the menu it would be by pressing N
So it would say: Press N to Open Menu
But I don't want to edit the patch to the PC controls but only if that's the only way.
PLZ Help.

I am pretty sure you just have to download the patch converter.
