I release the V2 of my patch MW2 for 1.13 update. For the moment, the menu is only French and code version is BLES00684.

Commands:

Press DPAD_UP for open the menu
Press DPAD_UP or DPAD_DOWN for navigate on the menu
Press Button R3 for select one fonction
Press DPAD_LEFT for close the menu

I release a French version on BLES00684, you can convert for your version code if you wan't test .
