Go to paint, go to edit colors, choose the color you want, take note of the RGB(Red,Green,Blue) of the color you selected, Divide each one by 255 use a converter on your calculator or find one online, you can use this one if want You must login or register to view this content. Start with the red so put the decimal (the first 4 digits) you got for dividing the red value by 255 in the decimal box on the converter i gave you a link to or on your calculator and it will change it to Hex it will give you the first part then do the same for green(second part) and blue(third part) then put the alpha at the end 3F 80 00 00

EX. I took a light blue with a Red of 1 a G of 154 and a B of 228, divided 1 by 255 which = 0.0039 Put that in the converter to get 3B 7F 97 24 then divided 154 by 255 = 0.6039 which came out to be 3F 1A 99 31 then 228 divided by 255 = 0.8941 which came out to 3F 64 E3 BD So what you will use is 3B 7F 97 24 3F 1A 99 31 3F 64 E3 BD 3F 80 00 00
