Post: Editing {UU}'s v4

I've tried to open Unbound User's v4 patch with any program I could think of, but I just can't open it.
The problem is that I need to edit the editable part to change the "say" menu and to have the hidden perks.
Is there any way to open it?

I extracted the CFGs I needed but now I can't replace the original ones... D=
So I extacted every file inside the .ff and tried PREMIER-GAMER's tool to compile it, but it gives me an error when saving...
