Haha yea. Its already in singleplayer of mw2 on all versions. Its because when the started development of mw2 they brought over assests from the the first game and most likely used them for testing. The M40A3, the M60, the G36C, and i think the pump action shotgun and Dragonav are still in mw2 gamefiles. You could do it on consoles but there isn't a modloader and no tools to port over singleplayer files to mp.

Im pretty sure it is possible on xbox, as I seen CraigChrist do it in this video:

It is possible to achieve this on consoles. Anything you can do on PC you can do on console (to an extent), of course the process of doing things will be different as well as more difficult (for the most part). All this is is a model change and maybe some sounds and weapon stat changes to the attachment and camo-less version of the weapon_ak47_tactical.
