Is it possible to actually edit it in Notepad ++ and save it and re-inject (which is my other question) and have it actually function right? My other q. is how can/do I compile it back into the patch? This is the first time i've gotten around to using a decompiler to edit. (A little fyi is I extracted a rawfile from UU's v4 to put my name into the perks, not the say cmds!) But yeah, any help?

Just use his ff editor. And edit the .cfg in there then save .
There is no need to decompile the whole ff to edit it in notepad++
