i did everything but when i use my latest ps3 version, it won't let me in till i download the latest patch on me3 which is 1.13...

On your 3.55 install the 1.11 update or 1.13 update whichever one you want to host on then put your patch on then data transfer. For 1.11 you have to delete the default self file.
