title is so misleading inb4 newfags get their hopes up

if you have 3.55 jailbreak using a usb flash drive and installing a modified PUP file ( search here i recommend rebug 3.55.2)
if your ps3 is above 3.55 then you need an e3 flasher to downgrade

But a E3 Flasher cost like 80$
