Please help i have Ps3 Fastfile editor and FF Viewer and a clean ps3 patch just need help making one from scratch like mod menu base etc..

Can somebody please Help me make one from scratch i know it will take awhile to make but i want to make it perfect and if you have Mw2 on the PC that will be a Plus since i do not have it on my laptop and i heard you can test out the patch on the PC .
