examples :

Bandolier :
Upgrade 1 : More Ammo
Upgrade 2 : a little bit more ammo
Upgrade 3 : Maximum Ammo

Sleight of hand
Upgrade 1 : fast reloading
Upgrade 2 : faster reloading
Upgrade 3 : maximum fast reload

Dead Silence:
Upgrade 1 Less Noise when Runninng
Upgrade 2 you can almost not be hearn
Upgrade 3 no1 will hear you

Bomb squad:
Upgrade 1 see enemy explosives at 20 meter
Upgrade 2 se enemy explosives at 50 meter
Upgrade 3 see enemy explosives on the radar also hearing a "beep" whn your 10 meters left from the mine

He tells you can award the upgrades by rewarding killstreaks bonusses

other then god thats regular jugg lol...i dont think you will be able to upgrade everything like UAV jammer how could you possibly upgrade that be invisble all together so no one sees you like in Halo...and extreme you run so fast that you get from 1 end of the map to the other in 2 seconds and you move so fast no one could hit you...and jugg it takes all your ammo in your gun to kill someone this is the only thing about MW2 that im not waiting to see

Have you seen the thing in the video where the guys UAV jams when he gets close to 402? You know the latest MP video? Maybe you get the ability to jam UAV's when you maximumly upgrade it?

A really good perk upgraded would be Overkill carrying 3 guns would be great or extra grenades and Iron lungs 2 minutes your breath being held

This is going to be awesome. Can't wait. I wonder what process you have to go through to be able to upgrade them. I wonder if you have to give up a perk to be able to upgrade one.

You can pick from sevral killstreak rewards and they them yourself the Gunship is where YOU control and helicopter on the like black and white screen and shoot down for about 30 seconds (yes you get to control the gun )

Im getting quite worried myself, their IS going to be a ultimate class which will probally be very overpowerd lets just hope IW can find a way to balance it all out and lets hjope some perks cant be upgraded E.g Upgraded Jugg, Every 1 would use that and also upgraded Stopping power, and overkill couldn't be upgraded, or could it? at full upgrade carrying like 4 guns, i can understand the blue perks bieng upgraded red not so much and green some of them E.g iron lungs at full upgrade hole breath for about 1 minute, Extreme conditiong at full upgrade run for about 30 seconds non stop, what alot of people think is that Extreme conditioning does is increase your speed its just the duration you can run for without stopping that inreases, hope i cleared a bit up for everyone .
