This patch took me so long beacause thi is my First Actually good patch all my other patches were host only and had like 20-30 options so they sucked but i believe this is a very good patch it has almost all the newest mods in it ;p

i was thinking that when my friend recorded it
its not a black rain edit it just looks like it cause i did this:

i need to change that
