I am using Elite Mossy's V9 Patch for MW2, I can't find Prestige Infections? My friends want to be Prestige 10 but I can't do it!

Is there an edit of this patch with Prestige Infections Menu?

Hey have a look on Youtube there are loads of Menu's on there and I'm sure you will be able to find what your looking for if there was even one made.
