The problem is that 99% of the patches in the patch section is for Ps3. I've tried using Bucn's converter, but it don't work for me. They only give me a .dat file...? What's wrong? Also, In the patch that I got working(DT and Blacstorm's Blackrain, the menu won't close. I've tried every singel button.)

the reason why the menu wont close is because the close button on the ps3 is Square and on the PC is R, both have the command to reload, but on the PS3 is the reload command different, its +usereload, and on the PC its +reload, this is a normal issue for ps3-pc converted patches.
and if you open the .IWD file with winrar, you see a folder named map, open that than you should see a folder named mp, than open it and you should see a folder named gametypes open it, than search for _missions.gsc,
and at the top of the _missions.gsc file (open with Note/Wordpad), you will see some button binds, change +usereload(ps3) to +reload(pc)

1. The patches you probably can't convert are custom ff so get premier gamer's ff tool or decompiler and the output will be a GSC dump then put that in the mod loader folder
