Up - Open Menu/Scroll Up
Down - Scroll Down
Left - Cycle Left
Right - Cycle Right
Square - Close Menu/Sub Menu
X - Select Option
To switch back patches, go in prone and press Square + R2... Some patches you can switch back form the game modes menu.

ive used this a few times now, has some cool features in it, although i really cannot see why you called it your private patch then released it?
