so i download a 1.11 patch than a custom 1.11 patch. than datetransfer too my 4.25 ps3 tthan i can host 1.11 opatches online

Easy.
1. Install 1.13 pkg
2. Delete default_mp
3. Replace current patch with modded 1.11
4. Data transfer
5. Ur allready "bypassed" so u dnt need to use patch blockers etc.
