Buc_shotz patch converter only works for the old patches.

Plz provide detail tutorial or links to thread

I tried to convert JokerRey Blackrain Edit v2.6 to PC from ps3 and i just got patch_mp-extract.dat and nothing else?

Someone please fix this because its a good patch!
