Could someone give me a step by step tutorial on how to host on PS3 Mw2 Mod Menu on Bypass without a jail broken ps3..? So a Normal Ps3 Slim..

I'm use to hacking on a Jail broken but I'm just wondering if someone can give me a tut on how to host a mod menu on a normal Ps3 slim.
