don't delete the default_mp.self you only do that for 1.11 patches. i think lol :think:

You install the 1.14 update/pkg, replace the patch, and then delete the default_mp.self if you want to be on bypassed servers.

If you just wanna host on 1.14 then install 1.14 and replace the patch.

Im hosting on 1.14, i left the default there, replaced the 1.14 regular patch with the 1.13 modded patch, i get a black screen while loading multiplayer

What patch are you using? Try another patch.

if your editing black screen it means the .zone edit is wrong and needs to be fixed and also you don't need to delete default_mp you just leave it there
