1-PS3 OFW and PS3 CFW
2-BlackBox or a FileManager in your CFW PS3
3-1.14 Files Decrypter (You must login or register to view this content.)
4-1.14 PKG (You must login or register to view this content.)

Ok Now...
Go in your PS3 CFW
Delete 1.13 Patch
Install 1.14 PKG with Install Package Files and with a USB Stick
Open BlackBox or FileManager and Go to dev_hdd00/game/BLES-BLUS/USRDIR and Delete default_mp.self , default.self and EBOOT.BIN
Open 1.14 Files Decrypter and transfer the 3 .elf files in USRDIR
Exit

Now Transfer it to OFW PS3 !

Does it not clearly say 1.14...

This does work, but there is a much easier way to host on 1.14 bypass... Just install You must login or register to view this content.and then delete the default_mp.self and put in your new patch! Do a data transfer and your done! I use this way to host! So it does work!

/facepalm Do you mean PSN update? 4.30? because nothing has changed for 1.11 (bypass) and the 1.11 update for mw2 has nothing to do with the 4.30 PSN update.. so this thread is pointless to you if your trying to host 1.11

You can also use Comgenies too I think i spelled it right I dont use FTP as much no more...
