1-jailbroken Ps3 and FTP BLACK BOX
2- FileZilla on computer

Tutorial
1- download the patch
2- open FileZilla on the PC
3- Open FTP Black box on the ps3
4- write the IP Adress that show on the FTP black box
5- Then click Quick connect
6- Then go to dev_hdd0 > game > BLUS30377 > USIDR
7- then drag the patch.mp.ff u download it to USIDR
8- Then quit black box and Lunch MW2 , Your got the hack enjoy
