make back-up from multiman on internal and after back up is done stay on multiman,
hover over mw2 on HDD. go to game settings and turn on, INTERNAL, BD MIRROR AND DIRECT START something like that it was on the right side second up.

and after that just load mw2 from multiman on HDD.
and it will start
