I've searched everywhere in this site that confirms weapons for MW2, and I have found nothing saying that a MAGNUM is a confirmed pistol, but as you see in this clip of actual gameplay at the 30-33 second mark, this guys is using what looks to be a MAGNUM to me.

In a newer video from that presentation where they show the custom classes the .45 magnum is an actual weapon in the game.

yea i saw that the first time i saw the video but look at the recoil of that thing

just trying to match the real thing you ever see the real recoil on this gun in real life

yeah it has a VERY large kick to it when fired, its good for close take downs and what not but it siriusly packs a punch @ the high cost of recoil(severe) great and accurate when single fired but when continuously firing it will become way less accurate due to the recoil.
