like in call of duty 4 you can mute someone in game but when you get into the main screen the person gets unmuted well in MW2 i think this problem is solved i noticed this in a multilayer video

No its not, this is on xbox so they have been muted through the whole of xbox live

Lol this is the most pointless thing ever in Xbox 360 because no-one ever talks to random people online. We're always in party chat. Nice to have though, I guess.
