My Set up is:
1.13 Original Update
+ the 1.14 PARAM.SFO Replacing the 1.13 PARAM.SFO to make it think it is 1.14 update so no need to download new update.
but the rest is all 1.13
but when it say Up to open Menu i does not work why?

The ones i have tested so far: - and please confirm if this is working for you and what you did and what installed update you have to get it working. EG do u have 1.13 update and using patch blocker to get it online or using 1.14 update and just have the modded 1.13 patch on.

why are you doing that?? just update to 1.14 and then copy over the patch...
Edit: all cfg patches will work on 1.12 or 1.13 or 1.14 (i finished my v9 back when it was still 1.12 and it works fine on 1.14)

Does not matter none of them work because they all different regions i tried chaining region and it still not working:

See the 2 wired II's that gota be different region. in column 05 were it SAY 1D i over-wright that and the patch wont even load. all b4 that is over writable and patch loads but still mod menu = fail

i sorta got it to work but i don't know what i did and a deleted it by accident. i think i replace all of from 49-2E to get it working from Official update but mod menu still was not stable tried to access something and it froze on me and mod menu became paint again and just stuck there ons screen with words

old 1.11 patch was easy to port/change region with these new patches i have no clue what i am doing i need to know how on what i have to change to make it work with BLES00683

Use "BuC-ShoTz's MW2 Patch Converter" to change the region if the hex way wont work

i tried it did not work 4 me did nothing..... spat out another patch file but had a look with HxD no changes at all...

Okay first off, update to 1.14. Now, this is what I would do to solve the problem...
Choose a patch that is a "normal" fastfile (opposed to a "custom", in which you can't see all of it). Copy your clean 1.14 patch_mp.ff from your PS3 to you desktop. Then you can copy and paste all of the scripting from your modded patch of choice to your patch_mp.ff (which is YOUR region). Make sure your rename the raw files too. Bam problem solved.
If the fastfile editor won't convert it for you, this would be an alternate way with a light at the end

Delete the mp self file in the same directory as the modified patch.

make sure you have the right bles 1.14 update file installed then make sure you have the right patch.mp doesnt matter how good the patch try any on the right bles you must be uk like me 0083....anyway then quickly use comgenie fast and easy then data transfer unless your online on the 3.55 handy if you are. wallaaaaah! if that doesnt work then you can have the bles right ???? msg my skype or psn ohSycho thats simple that should work if not try bypass on comgenie and default mp copy and try bypass instead if that works then your doing something wrong on the 1.14

it's likle every single patch out there for 1.13 and 1.14 is now fixed with it's own BLES/BLUS Code i use a BLES00683

all the patches seem 2 work without the MP_Self but then i have no online game play with it i have online game play but kills the patch. it's like either the modded patches 4 1.14 or 1.13 are patched or they were never properly encoded 2 support the new 1.13/1.14 Mp_self - which kills modifications 2 modded patches - but also needed 4 online game play
