I released this dvar a couple months ago
on Se7enSins for xbox before i came to ps3, didn't get
that much views on the post and i don't see anyone that
has this on there patches so i'm releasing it again. Cool
dvar to use for infections like for your 1.14 menu or 1.11
it stays on your screen untill you go to the main menu. Cool Man (aka Tustin)

ui_debug_localVarInt "^7TEXT" <<<This text slightly goes under localVarBool

Learn how to read, i said i released these dvars a couple months ago when i was on xbox but i haven't seen anybody from ps3 with these dvars on there patches. If you want proof ill send you the old post.
