As far as I'm aware the only cod I can hack without Cfw is cod5 Im not sure about zombies.
Anyway my confusion is that, is it possible to host online cfg menu using a memory stick on cod4/5+(zombies) and 6 without having Cfw. Its not made clear to me whether it's possible or if there are any tutorials on any of this, as yes I'm not afraid to admit it, I'm kind of a noob to this stuff!

COD4:
In order to host on COD4 (with no CFW access), you use a modded gamesave. On top of that, you have to bypass to the original 1.00 patch. Some modded gamesaves allow you to use a USB device for a better menu (all CFG).

W@W:
With a modded gamesave, you can host a CFG menu both online multiplayer and zombies.

MW2:
If you know someone with CFW that can infect you, you can have your own CFG menu through the use of a USB device. Though, once you exit multiplayer it will be gone and you'll have to be reinfected.

So people with OFW have access to CFG stuff most of the time while people with CFW can use GSC (except MW2 on 1.14).

Well you can host COD4 all by yourself, you just need to bypass to the 1.00 sever.
The only COD you can host all by yourself on the current update is W@W.
And you are reliant upon a hacker for MW2.
