So what could it be, post your speculation here, I personally don't know what could make me forget everything but Character Customization would bring me damn close. It sounds even bigger though.

Hurah!
1.) There will never be cross-platform on the xbox and playstation 3, xbox pays for better support, etc that that PSN users don't. Besides xbox already has 10X as many players as the ps3 anyway....
2.) It is probably just the 15 Killstreak reward, bowling has had a tendency lately too hype shit up WAY more than what it needs to be and this is, unfortunately, probably another fabrication.

I think they are talking about Special Ops. That's the only thing that wasn't mentioned in the quote. And IW haven't shown anything on Special Ops themselves. The videos we've seen are leaked vids that we're filmed secretly.
Another reason why I think it is Special Ops is that Bowling said is that it is story related, and Spec Ops is a spin off from story.
