Is it possible to combine a Say menu with a In-Game clan tag editor.

So if you activate this, the keyboard for the clan tag editor will come up and you can type something to say in game.

No, it's not that easy. I've tried this and it only changes your clantag.

I don't believe some one has made this, but I do think this could be possible. I have something in mind that might work and I might look into it.

Respect my authoritah!!
You would probably need setFromDvar, which is removed. And you can't pass an argument in the form of a dvar to the "say" command.

For example, if I did:

    set v "^1This is a message"
say "vstr v"

It will just say vstr v.

I guess this could work via GSC, but would be kinda pointless as you could only make a 4 character clantag :p

If it is ever coded, they might be able to increase the letter capacity.

This actually is possible. I was messing around with different functions and found that using the self sayall() command works fine with it, but I'm not motivated that much right now to completely script it though. I just made a real quick thing to test it with.
