With tactical insertion (I know you don't throw it, you drop it) if someone manages to glitch out of the map, and lets face it you WILL be able to, surely the person out of the map will just drop tactical insertion and spawn there if he ever finally gets killed. This seems like a major flaw in my opinion, and will possibly end up being hated as a perk/equipment because it will be the result of major spawn killing/camping.

in sabotage cod4 on cross fire i saw people go out all the time, and wen they die, the bomb eventually respwans to the original spot after a while. Thats probably what they are doing.
