I dont know wether this is true, As i havent played it on the PS3 for like 5 days... I do belive them... And ive seen you lot making posts and that about what to do and how can i fix? To be honest... I dont want a fix, As MW2 was a great game... And personally i think i would like it alot more if i could play it like i did in the good old days! But... I know everyone wants a solution, Go ahead and try... Probably wont work but:

You could try and Remove all the files in the MW2 update, Apart from the "patch_mp.ff" the "eboot.bin" and Maybe that would work... But maybe overwrite the "default_mp.self" with the 1.11 "default_mp.self" ? I dont know, Just a brain wave...

But as the title says "What im doing now MW2 is patched." Basically im going to be playing alot more of other games EG: "Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare", "GTA" and some others... Ive quit my patch "Secret Project / Ultimate Patch" But if theres a fix to bypass ill re-start So basically im remaking alot of old patches... Playing other games and thats about it! If you want to know what i do apart from the PS3, Your a perv :p

Bypassing On CFW STIIL works But people On OFW wont be bypassing Thats how Sony Patched it To stop people ruining a game

bypass still works for cfw and multiman bypass on ofw so they banned bypass yet they dont patch 1.14 witch would make what u said understandable why patch bypass wen thiers no legit players being hurt or effected but let the legit players carry on suffering
personally i would love if no one could hack non bypass then game be more fun but because people did/do thats why i did i believe theirs a saying and that saying was if you cant beat them, join them.

They didn't patch mw2 They made it so you can't use a proxy server on the game.

MW2 is NOT patched , the ability to bypass the update is patched

i dont know why everyone is saying "mw2 is patched" there is no patch. bypass servers are still online! all Sony done was some how block proxies ports for mw2 or any other games.
