(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Remember when Infinity Ward said this...

"We've already been asked by retailers to up the production numbers due to demand, which we immediately denied."

And then they said this...

"We decided from the beginning that we want this to be for the hardcore fans and early adopters. The fact that it is actually limited is one of the coolest parts, which is why we've individually numbered every copy."

Then remember I said this...

"It now appears that the UK's exclusive stockist, HMV, has stopped taking pre-orders after selling its pre-order allocation. So if you're in the UK and hadn't had chance to pre-order - like myself - then eBay after launch is probably your best bet now."

If you remember all that... Well ignore it all. Delete it from your mind, because it looks like HMV in the UK just got some more Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Editions back in stock, so if you wanted one - like me - and missed out first time - like me - then you can preorder one now - like me.

In other ridiculously over-priced and outrageous special edition news, it appears that GameStop and Amazon are now stocking the Modern Warfare 2 Veteran Edition, so if you want a Soap MacTavish figure instead of some NVGs, then You must login or register to view this content.

One thing I want to ask is, what is NVG, and whats the difference between "Prestige Editon" and "Veteran Edition"?

NVG is short for night vision goggles

in prestige edition you get the NVG

in veteran edition you get the 12" model

not really, for a collectors item its pretty cool i think

your only paying i think its something like 50 quid extra for them aswell, you get what you pay for

which is alot cheaper than getting real NVG, which you cant get as military grade NVG is illegal to own commercially anyway
